Shipping policy

We are currently only able to offer shipping within Australia with Australia post. Thank you for your understanding!

All orders are provided with a tracking number that will be sent to your email after we have shipped them.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are subject to change.

If your order has a combination of stickers and pottery, the shipping flat rate of $15.00 will apply. Unfortunately, we have the habit of double boxing our pottery packages, making them bulky and expensive to post safely

Pick up at upcoming markets/conventions:

As our products are limited, if you would like to secure your order to be picked up then please send an email to moogle.pottery@gmail.com with the following information: 

  1. Your name
  2. The items you would like to purchase (please check the website for availability)
  3. The market/convention you intend to pick up from
  4. The date you will pick up  

We can arrange a payment after you have sent your email. Alternatively, you can send us a DM on Instagram :). If you would like to pick up your order this way, please do not make a purchase through the online website as we only offer delivery this way, and you will be paying for shipping. 

*Please note that you may need to purchase entry tickets to attend the convention/market and Moogle is not able to offer free entry even if you have already arranged a payment and intend to pick-up at our stall, so be sure to check the convention's conditions of entry before purchasing.

Delays

We ship our products through Australia post, so delivery times may be subject to delay due to variables that are out of our control. If you are experiencing any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us at moogle.pottery@gmail.com or fill out the contact form with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Packaging

Your package may be packed in a combination of reused and virgin packaging as we try our best to minimize waste and care for the environment :)
