Are your pottery products microwave and dishwasher safe?
We always recommend handwashing our pottery products, and advise you to avoid microwaving often. Although they are microwave and dishwasher safe, doing so too often may affect the longevity and quality of your product over time. Please keep in mind that our products are delicately handmade and hand painted, so treat them with care and love!
Are your mugs and plates food safe?
Yes, our mugs and plates are glazed using a food safe glaze!
Can I refund or exchange my order?
Unfortunately as a small business we are not able to offer refunds for lost items or change of mind. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
What if my order arrives broken or damaged?
Moogle Pottery is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. If your item arrives broken, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at moogle.pottery@gmail.com with pictures of your order and packaging and we will get back to you with a solution. We always try our best to pack your order as safely as possible to avoid damage, but sometimes things can happen during postage that are out of our control.
Can I order an item from outside of Australia?
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at the moment. Please understand that as a small business we are currently only able to manage our orders on a local scale.
Can I make a custom order?
Occasionally we will accept custom orders! Check out our customs gallery for inspo and examples. The price will be calculated as the base rate of the closest item we have available (e.g. teacup size) plus minimum $35 for customisation of colours. A deposit of 50% will be required in order for me to start your commission, and then once complete we require the full amount plus shipping to send out our piece. Custom orders will take anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on how the Kiln Gods bless us. Your order may be finished sooner, we quote this time frame in case any mishaps happen in the kiln which may be out of our control. What if an item I want is sold out?
We might do restocks of sold out pottery depending on if we have the materials and aren't working on new designs for you. Please follow our Instagram @moogle.pottery for updates about restocks or new products, and don't hesitate to reach out to us through DM or email!
Where else can I purchase your products?
We occasionally attend markets and conventions in Melbourne, Australia so please follow us on our Instagram to stay updated on upcoming events! You may also make a purchase online and let us know that you would like to pick it up from an upcoming convention or market.
